23 ohms 200

Bosch WUR as found on K-Jetronic systems.

Bear in mind, I am an electrical idiot.

As I understand it, the heating element should show about 18-22 ohms resistance.

I have a 004 regulator which I had mostly disassembled. So I did a quick check on the heating element and got a reading of 23 ohms.

Is it over the hill?
