95 940 base will not idle 900 1995

Greetings to all. I have a 95 940 base with 130 k. It started to act up about 2 months ago.Looked for a vacuum leak, found two, one at the egr the other at the intake manifold, fixed both. Then cleaned the throttle body, AMM, then changed the AMM. while all of this is going on the symptoms are getting worse. Replaced cap, rotor, plugs,and wires. worse.replaced the knock sensor and the O2 sensor.It will now start up and run great until it starts to warm and it starts to miss until it dies.I am beginning to suspect the ecu? Any and all suggestions will be helpful. Thank you! Joe
