I think I screwed up my free 740T,,, 700 1987

went to replace the old timing belt,,the tensioner pin had broken off in the slot,so to get it out I tried to drill it out,,,Now It wont seat flat,,,when I put the new one in & the timing belt walks off the gears,,DANMMM!!!
