91 ,non trbo , with regina.Rough idle when cold 700

I have had this problem for years now , but lived with it. In the winter months in S. Fla. when temps are cool my 91 idles rough , door rattles and such. Now that temps are summerlike the idle is smooth as silk. What gives?
