SN type lube oil problem 140-160

I have two fresh B20 engines and have been told not to use the newest standard oils marked SN as they have no zinc additive, the lack of which will cause wear to cam, push rods and rocker arms.
Rebuilder recommended adding ZDDP. Is this a one time addition or at every change?
Does anyone have a suggestion as to brand and availability of SM and earlier oils?
BigBox stores no longer carry SM around here.
