71 142 windshield washer setup question 140-160 1971

I am trying to sort out the windshield washer and get it functional. I see the 2 jets just below the cowl vent, and on the side of the tee on the right side there is an open inlet. I assume this is for the missing windshield washer pump line. I am trying to source a pump as it is missing from this car, but I cant seem to find the correct part. I found 4 small holes drilled into the inner fender in the engine compartment on the right side(see picture, look closely for the rectangle with 4 holes). Is this where the pump and reservoir would have been mounted?
