Need to change door locks- I had to replace a door with a door from a scrap car. So far I have the door panel removed and have disassembled the latch mechanisms for the inner and outer door handles.

My issue now is how do I remove the door lock which goes thru the door and shows as chrome on the exterior. I assume this needs to be removed to change the lock, but maybe I could remove the tumblers from inside the door panel without actually removing it all? Are there two sides of this thing which are pressed together?
