Installed new brush set after. cleaning the armature surfaces

ensured the ground lug and cable were fixed tightly.

tested voltage at battery terminals at 14V. I will keep an eye on it but it appears all is fine as the last diode brush set may have fried due to my stupidity not taking care to avoid a short.
