cam oil seal 900 1991

I was wondering if anyone here has any ideas on what would keep popping out the front cam seal on a 1991 940 se turbo? Before you say easy, its my oil separator being dirty, its brand new. I know the crankcase pressure is too high but I dont know why. I have replaced the oil separator, checked the plastic Y coupler above it for clogs, and have replaced probably every hose under the hood with new ones. Also any Y couplers or fittings the hoses attached to. I checked the compression of the cylinders and all were within the numbers in a repair manual so I dont think there would be excessive blow back getting past the rings. There's no smoke coming from any where. No water in the oil or vice versa. The turbo and its hoses seem to be fine, (new hoses there as well) but every time I put a new seal in it gets blown out within a minute of start-tup. Any one have any ideas on whats happening or other things I can check? Also I had my local auto parts place order any thing that looks like a cam seal, even for other years, so I could compare and to make sure they were giving me the right part. It seems they were doing their job correctly and its the right seal that is supposed to be there. I replaced this seal about 4 years back and haven't had any problems until now. So I'm pretty sure I'm not putting it in wrong. Any help will be appreciated.
