B21 in to spot previously occupied by B230 200

I'm going to change out a known bad 1984 B230 in one of my (4!)wagons with a 1981 B21. M46 tranny on both motors. Are there any pitfalls? I plan on using everything off the B230's block and bolting it on to the B21, as well as changing out the usual suspects, like seals, timing belt, distributor etc. Any heads up that I haven't thought about will be appreciated. Previous owner left the oil fill cap off until motor stopped...
