Yazaki cluster refurbishment 900

I have a new to me 92 940 with the infamous Yazaki cluster. On its inaugural highway run I discovered the speedo works great...until you hit 45mph, it never goes one hair above 45 mph. Seeing a recent post on another fix to said cluster this morning got me thinking. Does anyone offer a "refurbishment" of the cluster, fixing not only the currently broken speedo but also prophylactically fixing the other issues which surely will occur in the next 100,000 miles? Anyone point me in the right direction? Ideas as to what is a fair price? I guess I could learn such skills if need be.....just dont feel enthused at the moment.
