940 speedometer 900

Dear Friends!
My speedometer s went wrong: most it shows zero, many times is jumping, and sometimes it sets itself to a certain speed eg 80 or on top of all 160! And very rarely shows correct speed. What could be the problem? Shall i change an condenser or other?
