Saw this in the junkyard - 91 240 WITH 92,000 miles!??? 200

I thought - that's awful low miles for a broken odometer...
Opened up the instrument cluster and low and behold the odo gear was good!

the body looks like it's been sitting somewhere for years, front and back glass both shattered...

so I have two questions for those who are familiar with these 240's

1. Do you think it's possible to remove the front windshield trim so I can re-use it to install good windshield glass that I already have (as far as I know there is no way to purchase just the trim for these windshields anymore)?

2. I have about 25 days to get parts off of this car - what would you get??

I don't think I'll ever see a 240 with this low of mileage again so I'm being an opportunist!

Thanks!
