has anyone tried getting 91-93 windshield trim out of a 240? 200

I don't believe there is a current source for the trim only of a newer 240 windshield so I found some in the junkyard with the glass shattered but the trim in good shape...

I'm just wondering if it might be possible to get the trim and clips out so they can be reused with another windshield???

Maybe I would just destroy it as I try to get it out

Or it might be better just to buy the glass with trim together new and bite the bullet on the cost.

any thoughts would be appreciated.
