Help with the steering box (CAM, KOYO or ZF) 900 1992

Hi,

I have to buy a new tie-rod for my Volvo 940, but I can't find the brand of the steering box.
I contacted Volvo, gave all the data related to the car, and they asked which was the brand of the steering box: CAM, KOYO or ZF.
I lifted the car, but couln't find that information, so I took some pictures and send them to Volvo dealership in Portugal. They do not know! :(
I am desperate! I can't drive the car because it failed the MOT because of this tiny problem!
Could someone please help me identify the correct brand, please?
