No flashers - basics done, what now? 700 1985

Flashers stopped worked after an unexpected stall after a tow to and drive home for re-replacing crank seal. Checked fuse ok. Replaced fuse. No flashers. Checked bulbs - ok. New relay, no flashers. The old relay was hard to get out. Three pin, middle back one has some black smudge where it enters the relay panel. New relay did not work. Flasher arm switch works for Hi/Low.

Fuse not blown.
New relay does work.
