Changing Tranny and Differential Fluid after Long-Term 200 1980

1980 242 DL with 143k miles and M46 tranny. I bought it in 2003 as a back up daily driver. I now plan to make it a daily driver. According to my records, in January and February 2003, I last changed the tranny and differential fluids, respectively. The car has NOT moved since then, being stored on jacks in my garage. Do I need to change the transmission or differential fluid?

Also, I changed the oil, oil filter, and coolant regularly while in storage. I cleaned and confirmed proper spark plug gap. Spark plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor are new. To pass California's smog test, do I need to do anything else?

Thanks
