New Stud insert to Exhaust Manifod to Header Pipe 200 1991

3 old studs were removed from exhaust wantnifold. Now I want to insert 3 new studs(Volvo part#: 978343 from Tasca parts). Studs are not going in,I do not want to force.

What should I do?
