changing the rear end ratio in a P220 120-130 1967

Are there any insurmountable difficulties in putting the ring and pinion from a 4.1:1 rearend (assuming the same rear axle type i.e Dana 30) in my '67 wagon ? If not, what are the practical difficulties ?

I would hope to locate an entire rear axle, measure the backlash and duplicate it on my existing housing.

The point of this exersize is the bring the engine RPM down at highway speed.

Thanks

Greg
