Radio won't turn on 900 1995

Suddenly the radio won't power up on my 1995 965. I have swapped a known good radio from my other car with no change. The fuse is good, but I don't appear to have power at the red (switched) wire of the radio plug. I have power at the Yellow/brown full time power wire to the plug. I have power at the fuse socket. Any ideas what could be wrong?
