Trouble finding parts to make TAB homemade tool 200 1985

I've found everything I needed at Home Depot to make my TAB removal tool with the exception of the smooth non threaded end cap. I looked at all my local suppliers, but no luck. Any suggestions as to where I can locate one? Thanks for reading.
