Oops reversed jumper cables won't start 200

I did a dumb thing in the extreme cold. Everything else seems to work OK. Car was running prior to the temperature dropping from +10 to -10 last night. Car turns over, all other electrical fuses/circuits work. Is there a fusible link somewhere? If not, any suggested starting spot on electrical components? No spark. 1987 240 Wagon.
