Wrench for removal of in tank pump 900

i have a 91 Volvo 940 about 213K miles replacing the in tank fuel pump. Where can I find the special wrench to remove the plastic threaded ring. I have tried to loosen it by tapping it with a wooden punch but can't seem to budge it. Somewhere I saw there is a special wrench made for that..any hints?
