Rebuilding brake calipers 200 1982

I plan rebuilding rear calipers that had jammed pistons but seem in good shape enough to recover.

Has anyone used silicone type grease to insert pistons and under dust cover ?

I plan to store these calipers on the shelf for a couple of years as spare parts.
