1990 740 GL barely starts, won't stay running. 700 1990

I'm working on the car for a friend, and don't know much about it. After turning over about 15 to 20 times it will start up, idling very low, and any touch of the throttle it dies. So far we've replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs and wires, rotor button, and air filter. We cleaned the fuel lines, and injectors. It's not showing any trouble codes and I'm stumped, PLEASE HELP!
