740 brown interior? 700

Hi all,

I have an '88 745T that I always assumed had a very faded burgundy interior. I happened upon a parts wagon last week with a burgundy interior and found it to be a different color than mine.

In contrast to the burgundy, it appears that my interior is actually a dark brown. I don't believe I've ever seen another 740 in this color. It is a European delivery car, so perhaps it's some rare color?

It's frustrating because the door panels are all blistered, and the headliner trim is losing its vinyl fabric on all panels.

But putting the burgundy panels in would make it mismatched.
