Transmission mount 444-544 1962

Hello and thanks in advance for any help
I have the rear trans mount bracket out and the old bushing pressed out. The new bushing is off center and has rubber about 3/4 around the offset center ferule.
What position do i press this back in? Using the gapped part as a reference, it the part with no rubber up or down?
