Odometer non-op, but Speedo seems to work 444-544 1964

Greetings all,

The 544 I picked up a little over a year ago came to me with an odometer that doesn't turn. I imagine someone zero'd it out while the car was moving at some point in the past.

I've never had to take an instrument cluster out of this car (or my 122 which appears to be quite similar), and I've never taken an instrument cluster apart.

My questions:

Any tips / tricks to getting the instrument cluster out? How about taking it apart?

Are the odometer gears still available anywhere? We sell odometer gears for the 240 and 850 at IPD, but as far as I've been able to tell, odometer gears for these earlier cars aren't available new anywhere.

Thanks all!
