When I look at the cap at night I see arcs of electricity right through the cap 200 1983

Hello
have a small miss at idle,looking at the white cap I see a whole lot of
arcing going on.

Is this normal and the color of the cap allows it to come through

or would no fireworks be the normal situation.

After I get a new cap and rotor installed I will report on any change.
