overpressure blows plug out 200

OK, in previous posting it appears that the rear head plug came out. With 3 inches of snow and blowing wind I,m thinking what to do, taking it somewhere and explaining what to do may be more time than doing. ANYWAY, I assume it is overpressure from flame trap. I need to get car running first, THEN clean trap later. How to keep from blowing out again? Leave oil cap loose? Pull hose to cyl. head loose or off? Suggestions?

related issue. flame trap seems to be a complex way to replace PCV valve. I wonder why no one has thought of pcv valve in crankcase breather adapter, or breather hose to air. My old BMW 2002, IIRC, had hose to air, later had hose to carb area, and no PCV valve. More theoretical emissions, but how perfect is an elderly car, anyway?
