Well I swapped out the resistor and blower motor,it was the job from hell, but got it done. Now before I installed the motor I tested it,worked great, before I put the covers hooked up battery, turned the switch, had a loose connection but found out the lead wasn't snapping all the way on the switch connector, fixed that blower worked fine on all speeds. put back together,no blower,it is instantly blowing the fuse,I tried jumping the fuse to see were the short might be and it burned my jumper up. Removed the console, didn't anything pinched. I jumped 12 volts to the lead to the motor and it ran fine. Really pi$$ed at this,it has been bitter cold and having no heat is not good. Unless I get an idea, I think I'm going to NAPA after work and getting one of the universal combo rheostat/blower switches and running a dedicated circuit for the blower bypassing the whole shebang. I believe the power feed to the switch is the white with black tracer,it is the heaviest gauge wire.
