1993 240 oil leak only when driving in reverse 200 1993

Hi,

We seem to be leaking oil of some type only when we are driving the car in reverse. ( backing out of driveway ) It doesn't leak going forward or when stopped. No oil leaks on the ground when parked. I'm trying to save my husband some looking as he has a super bad neck.. Your thoughts on where to start and what it would most likely be?
