1993 Volvo 240 Driver's Side Door Lock Stuck

My wife can not open the driver's side door on her 1993 Volvo 240 with a key. The lock appears to be stuck. The door easily opens from the inside and can easily be locked by pushing down on the door lock pin from the inside. This master lock does lock all other door locks. We have tried to use WD40 to free the key lock but that has not worked.

Any suggestions to free this lock will be appreciated.
