240 just died 200 1992

I recently bought a 92 240 wagon and it's been running really strong and hadn't given me any issues. Then out of the blue as I was cruising along down the road, it suddenly lost all power in the engine and I couldn't give it any gas. All of the electronics were still working and ALL of the dash board warning lights came on. After it died, it wouldn't take a jump or turn over and start.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
