got oil filter off and new filter on. now I get a pronounced flicker in lighting AND the heated rear window switch stays on. How to get switch to stay off? It is possible that getting old oil filter off might have caused short? in alternator. no smoke, etc. but working right there. Also, do new rebuilts come with built in volt reg? I see AAP have 80 amp $92 before discount.
