Hello,
I would be very grateful for advice on attaching the black plastic grille on my 1973 1800es. I have the vehicle, the chrome surround, the black plastic piece, and the grille clips. I know how to attach the plastic to the chrome (when off the car) and the chrome to the car (when the plastic isn't attached). But I can't figure out how to attach the plastic to the chrome while the chrome is on the car. I spent a while searching for instructions, the best I could come up with was Figure 3 in the body manual, that basically just shows that the grille goes on :)
