Engine issues after driving daily for a week 200

Hi all, I last posted a couple years ago about getting my 85 245 dl back onto the road after sitting for a while. Well, it sat for a while longer.

So, here's what has happened in the last couple months, I drove it around town on and off, seemed to work fine, occasionally it would be slow accelerating. When it was slow, there would be a random "POP", and then the acceleration would return to normal.

Moved back home, drove it onto a trailer and off again, drove it for a week, with the occasional slow acceleration episode. At the end of the week, I barely made it home from work (a lack of power/acceleration), and now it doesn't want to stay running at all. Engine turns over fine, tries to run, just doesn't want to engage and stay running. Since a tune-up was needed, I replaced the distributor cap and rotor, plugs, plugs wires, and fuel filter. These didn't affect my issue at all. Disconnecting the MAF made no difference, fuel pump does run when jumpered at the fuse box, and vacuum hoses appear to all be attached and in decent shape.

Any thoughts?
