Rear end vibration after new springs/shocks 200 1985

Hi all - posting another issue. Recently changed out rear coil springs for Moog springs (wagon type) - although mine is a sedan. Also changed the rear shocks.

Now upon acceleration the rear end has a shudder/vibration I can feel and I think hear. Not terrible but this is definitely new. Is there a possibility that the axle is sitting at a different position or something causing a new wear point?

As a precaution I drained and refilled the rear differential.

Any help would be appreciated on this. The center bearing on my driveshaft was replaced about a year ago.

Thank you
