Steering Squeal 200 1991

Have a 1991 240 with 350,000+ miles on it. Getting a weird grinding/squealing sound from the steering mechanism during turns. Power steering fluid and belt both seem to be ok. Trying to find out whats wrong with her and figure out if its an easy fix or not. Thanks.
