Steering "Squeal' 200 1991

My son sent me this short video of his 300K+ mileage '91 240 wagon. It's making a "squeal" sound when turning left and moving forward. The sound is not created when the wheels are turned at a stand still.

We've refreshed the entire front suspension within the year, so I don't suspect that system.

We'll be meeting up tomorrow for me to get a firsthand listen, but I wanted to see if you might have a thought on this.

I haven't had any experience with wheel bearings and not sure if they would make a noise like this.

Any thoughts?
