It looks like I'll have to remove the timing cover to see if the cam gear is chipped. On reassembly the manual calls for a sleeve (SVO 2438) to center the cover on the crank. Is there a good work around for that tool ?

If not, does anyone have one that they would be willing to measure so I can make one ?
