Door Panel Removal On '84 DL Wagon 200

My wagon has manual windows. Last week, before the monsoon rains came, I was preparing to open the driver side window when the handle turned freely, but the window didn't move. In taking off all the parts to get to the window channel or crank mechanism, I have all the screws out except for 1 2 pt. Phillips. It is at the left side of the hard plastic door pocket next to the door lock mechanism. There is no room to get even an offset ratchet screwdriver in there to take the damn thing loose. If the rain stops, I was going to put a hacksaw blade to it and take what's left out with pliers. Do you guys have any ideas how I could get to this blamed screw?
