years ago i found a flexible brake hose that worked on pv's after a 122 disc upgrade, from the caliper to the junction at the frame tab with the clip on it. Wanting to find that again but needing the the thread sizes at each end. 'male' fitting at caliper and 'female' fitting at tab/frame junction.
I know it wasn't appropriate , i used a copper washer at the caliper end and it worked well for years.
