Converse Kit from 940 to v90 900

Hi all, I am going to put a converse kit with a 5.0 and tremec 5spd into a 1998 v90. The kit is currently installed in a 940.

Question; Should I anticipate any issues with the v90 IRS?

Thank you for any help on this and issues you see arising with my feeble attempt at trying to act like I know what im doing.
