940 Door Adjustment 900

I have wind noise on the top of the driver's door. I have tightened and loosened the latch without it helping and notice that the top of the door sticks out a little more than the bottom of the door.

I'm wondering if there is an adjustment on the door hinges? I see some little thingies that look like the business end of male tork wrenches by the hinges on the door side and wonder what they are for? Can the hinges be adjusted?

Mine: 3-940s running, 2-740 and 1-940 parts cars, and 3 1959 John Deere 630s (1 parts), dtr1:3-940s, dtr2:1-740, 1=940
