Is there a method for pressing out the distributor shaft pin to access the inner shaft seal?

I've replaced both the body O-Ring and the smaller outer shaft O-Ring, yet it still seeps oil.

The inner seal I'm replacing is similar to IPD Part #:103522. The distributor is Bosch #1235102006.
