where does this wire connect 200 1991

I found this battery disconnected by my battery. My car wont start and there isn't a spark. It turns over slowly with key but if I leave ignition on and bypass the starter solenoid it turns over good. I replaced the starter like a dummy before checking all the battery connections. Please help.
