Is LH 3.1 engine in a 1991 240 really a B230GT? What cam? 200 1991

Happy New Year!

I've been running a 1991 245 m47 with LH 3.1 for the past 4 years. It's been a great car, averaging 25.91 mpg over 38,634 "mixed" miles (more than a little OCD?). I've done suspension and other work (ipd bars, bilstein HDs, euro lights, etc., etc.), but as nice as it is, I want improve its engine performance a little.

I'm curious to find out what cam the car comes with originally--I've always assumed the ubiquitous "M" cam found in most over B230s, but have begun to wonder after reading the cam spec table posted on turbobricks (link below):

http://www.turbobricks.com/resources.php?content=camspec

The row for the "T" cam says that it was installed in B230K/FT/FK/GT engines. If I'm reading my car's VIN ("YV1AA825XM1 . . .") correctly, engine code is "82." According to my manual, that translates to "B230GT (LH3.1)." Does that means my car already has the "T" cam? Or is there an error in the manual's data (or my read of it)? Is there any way to tell for sure without pulling the valve/cam cover? Any BTDTs out there that can confirm one way or the other?

Thanks in advance, and again, happy New Year!
