Removing B-pillar interior trim -- '82 245 wagon 200 1982

I need to remove the B-pillar interior trip piece to get to the electrical harness where the B-pillar joins the floor.

I'm a complete newb to interior disassembly...

I know I need to remove the door sills, and I believe I just pull straight up to remove.

Then I pull off the U-section molding that goes around the door perimeter.

At that point will the B-Pillar interior cover just come right off, or does it "Pop" on like the door panels?

I need to get to the connector where the rear door electric lock connects to the harness. Will I need to remove the front seat to get enough room to get both hands in to disconnect the connector?

I hope this makes sense and thanks in advance.
