Passenger Side Electric Window 200 1989

This must be one of the most frustrating experiences with my brick...
The Passenger Side window is stuck about 1/2 inch down and will not budge. Neither the Drivers Side Panel nor Passenger Side switches work.

I read up on most of the historical posts on this problem.
I checked for power in the Yellow Wire in Terminal 4, and it's good.
I took apart the switch on the passenger side and put it back together.
Still nothing.

So, it appears that the motor might be burned out...Is there a quick way
to find out if that's the case before I spend the time/money to replace it?

Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions.
